This was an unbelievable stay! Charming and magical atmosphere in this very nicely decorated lodge. This lodge can easily accommodate large groups. The grounds are beautiful both summer and winter. The lodge is spectacular from amazing views out 30' windows to a chef kitchen that's incredible. To top it off, you have a hot tub that's over 20' long, a nice large swimming pool, indoor rachet volley ball court, stream room, and a garage that's over 80' long. Wild life all around and only a 15 minute drive to Park City. Absolutely amazing property. One of the best places we have stayed in. I can see why people have their wedding and family reunions here. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!
WOW! We were here mid September and the trees were changing...stunning. We stayed 4 days and the property has everything you could ask for. Indoor pool and hot tub, indoor racquetball, chefs kitchen, drop down projector in the great room with a fireplace...large outdoor seating area What a wonderful property with beautiful views especially in the mornings
Kind of a bit rundown and quirky but still very beautiful location and lots of amenities. Specifically we couldn't get the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom to work, the floor of the pool was banged up (and because of that looked dirty), lofts bedrooms that had them were not accessible, the dishwasher didn't do a great job, the projection tv had to adjust volume on the landing above the great room, waterfalls were not running since we were some of the first renters of the year, and so on. But we still had a great time visiting, playing games, and looking at the amazing views. Also there were no curtains on any of the windows, even the bedrooms, which would be nice to have on the floor level at least. Actually the master had curtains that didn't really cover the window, and a privacy screen that didn't cover another window, but nothing in the bathroom, again a little weird. There was also virtually no cell service, even for Verizon (but that of course isn't the reason you go to the mountains), so all our phones had to be switched to wifi calling and texting, and the wifi was good but not amazing - again not why you go to the mountains. Also there was no a/c in any rooms probably not a problem for 90% of the year but may be an issue in the summer. The sports equipment for raquetball was old and beat u,so you will likely want to bring your own. The house house has amazing carved wood and art though and was great for an adult family reunion for about four days.
This place was amazing! We had 16 people staying here and it was more than big enough for all of us ro play, interact, and sleep. The pool and hot tub and steam room were great. The racquetball court was fun. The views were spectacular! It offered privacy and a perfect retreat. The kitchen was large and fully stocked app the comforts of home. We may just come back and bring all of our kids next time. We even saw wild turkey in the back yard.
